Very good

Excellent location and amazing staff

Liked: Location was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. Free Wi-Fi and air con was also fantastic.
Disliked: The room was very good but I often had to make my own bed as the cleaner did not always change the room and clean the bathroom.

Liked: I booked because of "Free breakfast," but when we came, we found out there was no breakfast. The hotel is fine, the room was clean, everything bit old and smelly, but not critical
Disliked: If you're looking for "athnospire," keep looking, not worth it, I think. This is not nearly close to Europe vibes, but not hotel fault so it is ok

Disliked: I was charged twice for the room after I had already paid through the Booking App!! The attendant was not knowledgeable about how to correct the issue. The next morning the next attendant claims he refunded the amount but I still have yet to receive a refund.
