Disliked: The rooms were over priced….the air vents had mold, and the rooms weren’t cleaned thoroughly

Perfect location, comfortable rooms

Liked: Just off Bourbon street in the heart of the French Quarter. Rooms are clean, beds super comfortable, good air conditioning. Pool area was very nice and peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle outside.
Disliked: It would have been helpful to have a fridge but there’s an ice machine on every floor so it wasn’t a huge biggie.

Liked: my friend rolled her ankle and we had to Uber back to the hotel. quick as a flash they supplied us with a wheelchair and switched my friends room to wheelchair accessible

Disliked: Unfortunatley, the windows were closed by added plastic windows on the inside. So, no chance for French air into the room, even though the original windows would have provided this option. So, only HVAC ventilation.

Loved it!

Liked: Very friendly and helpful guys at the front desk - addressed all the concerns, questions. When we arrived late at night our room was facing a loud side of the street and we asked to change it - it was done right away and with a pleasant attitude - we were very grateful. After that our stay was perfect. You can’t ask for a better location, price. The room was clean and had all we needed.
Disliked: It was worth the money all the way around.
