Liked: Excellent location! The staff were very nice. The room was actually a good size compared to other properties that I’ve stayed at in Paris. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants in the area, which is always a good thing.
Disliked: The toilet in our double room was separate from the sink and bath, which was a little odd.

rudeness staff at reception

Liked: I don’t know what hotel theft incident is mentioned on Google, but it really scared me and it’s easy to understand why. Before the reception desk was left unattended for a long time, at least an hour, which made me even more uneasy. I simply asked for my luggage to be stored in a locked room after check-out, rather than left in the hallway. It was a very basic request, but the staff member started being difficult with me. I had important documents inside, I didn’t want to take my passports on a walk, and I had expensive blazers too. Why should I take that risk? Instead, I was treated rudely and honestly, it felt completely uncalled for.
