Good choice, very nice owner

Liked: Quiet hotel, the owner is very nice, always smiling and a warm person. Typical French breakfast :) but everything fresh. Very good coffee, fresh croissants, fruits, yogurts.The room is clean, warm temperature and enough quiet to rest.It was a pleasant stay and I will return.
Disliked: Toilet too small, lights too weak

Fear, disappointment, awkwardness

Liked: Nothing. It was like a horror movie looking like hotel.
Disliked: All. Let’s start with the toilet, it was in a separated kind of 2x2 room were I couldn’t even close the door because I didn’t fit within it.

Friendly and Comfortable

Liked: The owner is a very nice and friendly guy. The room was warm enough, spacious, had everything you need. The breakfast (paid) was good. There's a tram station 1min walk from the hotel which is located in a residential area and the metro is 5min walk from the hotel.
Disliked: I arrived earlier to drop off my luggage but I couldn't find anyone there for like 20min, but then the maid saw me and asked the owner to receive me (but he was friendly and checked me in even when I was early). You need to take 2 trams to get here from the train station which could take more than 30min, and it's a few stations away from the center. I only stayed here because I didn't have other options during Lumiere festival, everything was booked in the center. If you have a car it will be perfect for you.
