Lovely hotel with easy access...

Liked: Welcoming lobby and helpful staff. Our room was very pretty. The lounge/restaurant was pleasant and the food was good! We chose this hotel because it was close to the train station.
Disliked: Only minor irritation was trying to figure out how the coffeemaker worked.

Disappointing if you have stayed...

Disliked: This location does not compare to their Ottawa hotel. The windows were filthy. Coverings did not properly fit the window allowing light in. Wifi connection non-existent. 4-star price but you get a Days Inn stay. I was very disappointed as the Ottawa location is superb. Do yourself a favour and stay at the Delta down the road. I have stayed there and it is very nice.
