Liked: Everything!The room was lovely, and it felt like everything was thought of. Service and care were exceptional until we got to breakfast (they seemed a little confused when we wanted to leave), the food was delish.

Great hotel and location

Liked: Perfect location right next to Union station and near main attractions. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Being from the UK, I was pleased to see a kettle in the room!
Disliked: I did have to move rooms as I was facing the main street which was incredibly noisy all night with traffic. However, moving rooms was no trouble at all and the staff were very obliging.

Awesome stay!

Liked: Fantastic service at the restaurant. The bedding was fantastic. The room was awesome. I liked the ceramic filtered water that was available. The personel was kind and courteous. I had an awesome stay!
Disliked: There was a panel to select the lighting that was producing light during the night. I suggest adding a cover for it. But it's just a detail!
