Liked: The location was amazing. It was right next to the Duomo and not a far walk from Florence's major attractions. The hotel breakfast was decent, with delicious fresh-squeezed orange juice, and great coffee made to your liking. The sweetest man ever made the cappuccinos. He was so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be booking here again when I come back to Florence.

A great stay in Florence

Liked: Spacious room; good breakfast buffet; super location like 350m walk from the 'Duomo'; car valet service. We enjoyed the stay and the staff were very friendly
Disliked: I cannot think of anything particular; perhaps the wait for the car return was longer than the communicated 15 minutes when we handed over the keys (more like 40 minutes), likely because many guests left at the same time and a number of cars had to be returned from the nearby garage.

Liked: The free breakfast was really great. The rooms were clean and nice in a very good location. You did have to walk up a few stairs to get to an elevator but that wasn't a problem for us

Liked: The location and the view! Also, lovely staff. All very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: My wardrobe was too small to hang my dresses in but there was a hook on the wall that I could use. I was only there for a few nights so it was fine.

Liked: We slept in the hotel for one night. Our room was clean, tidy, well furnished, with good Wi-Fi. Parking in the center is provided by the hotel in a garage for an additional fee, which was great because we had a car with luggage for the next trip. The breakfast is really very rich and the staff is nice and smiling. They talk to you, you feel welcome. So we highlight the hotel staff the most - from the reception, through the dining room - a great willingness to help in any circumstances and be there for the guest. We will definitely come back again when visiting Firenze.
