Disliked: Breakfast was expensive - but it was very good.

Lovely accommodations near train station...

Liked: Great location - 5 minutes to the train station and 10 minutes to the Grand Place Square - shopping right around the corner too ! Bed was very comfy, and bathroom was beautiful with rain shower head and heated floors ! Female Receptionist on our second day was so helpful -asked if we needed any special transportation help since it was Easter Sunday.
Disliked: Had to pay for bottled water

A beautiful romantic stay in...

Liked: This accommodation was excellent. The room was huge and the amenities were top notch. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was lovely in a beautiful room. The Easter eggs at breakfast were another lovely touch as were the bedroom robes and slippers.
Disliked: Nothing.

Very nice and comfortable room,...

Liked: Breakfast was not up to the standard we are used to for a hotel costing this much. The choice available was limited and unless you arrived at the start of breakfast, you often had to wait for dishes to be replenished.
Disliked: The hotel advertises that it has lifts, however, depending on the room type you selected, you had to climb stairs to get there and then again between the bedroom and bathroom. We ending up taking a lesser room than we had booked to avoid having to climb stairs. We understand that many hotels in Europe are in older buildings, but many we have stayed at have found solutions to make them more accessible.
