Liked: It's well-situated near Old Québec and The Plains of Abraham. You're in a really nice part of the city.
Disliked: Honestly, it's looking a little tired and in need of a refresh and update. Disappointed that I had to park off-site *and* pay for the privilege.

Good, will not visit Quebec...

Liked: Decent size room, comfortable beds, kids liked the pool, good location within walking distance of train station and attractions
Disliked: The room was a bit dirty, particularly with very visible dust under the furniture, there were stains on the chairs, the sauna in the locker room was not working

Excellent location to enjoy the...

Liked: Excellent location! In walking distance from the centre. If you re searching for a basic stay close to the old city and most of the attractions - this hotel is a very good choice. The view was nice. The swimming pool, the spa and the sauna are very nice. We couls walk to all the attractions, visit everything we wanted enjoyed and admired the bautiful city pf Quebec.Room was just regular, simple and basic.
Disliked: Not much of extras, not even a coffee for the second day; furniture -ok; pillows - no; no possiblitity to put the note 'do not disturb' so the cleaning service was knocking a bit too much. No A/C in the bathroom, the A/C in the room was very noisy, so we had to turn it off in the night - so it became quite hot in the summer night. The men's sauna was not functional.

Exceptional

Liked: Check in was fast and the front desk host was amazing!! Rooms were very clean and the view of the Chateau, beautiful!! Will be returning!
