Bad experience

Disliked: The facility is very old, the beds and the pillows are not comfortable at all Also, i booked a more expensive room for. View but i end up with bad view room and in low floor with Blocked view

Everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the warm and professional attitude of the staff was top-notch.What made our trip truly unforgettable was how the hotel team helped us surprise our daughter for her birthday.They planned everything with such care and attention —It was beyond our expectations and created a very special memory for our family.Huge thanks to the management and the amazing staff. We will definitely be coming back!

Liked: Location. Clean room.
Disliked: Noisy. The drain in the sink was clogged a little. The pool and hot tub were overcrowded. The door latch was broken. Internet speed was extremely slow.
