perfect position in Paris, and...

Liked: The location was superior. The staff was friendly, Helpful and polite. The room was small but quite adequate and there was a modern bathroom .
Disliked: THere was no air conditioning and it was super hot. There was a good fan but it was still very hot

Liked: The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful.We greatly appreciated the coffee, madeleines, candies and purified water available daily at reception.The bathroom was newly renovated.
Disliked: Although the bathroom was renovated, the toilet was right next the tub/shower and so close to the shower wall that I banged my arm/elbow on it a couple of times.We asked for a quiet room but the first night being tired from travelling, we could not fall asleep due to excessive, loud, and startling noises: sudden banging and clanging from a restaurant below from roughly 10 to 11 PM.

Very glad we only stayed...

Liked: Very expensive for the standard of accommodation and service.

Location was great, but room...

Liked: The location was great and the staff was nice.
Disliked: The room was dirty- trash wasn’t even emptied. Shower seal broken. Lack of AC and weak fan led to an uncomfortable night so I wouldn’t recommend on a hot day.

Liked: Great location. It’s fun to be in the middle of the Marais. Also, everything seems to quieten down at bedtime. Best of both worlds really.
Disliked: I feel like it’s expensive, but it is Paris and it is Le Marais.
