Great little place , comfortable...

Liked: Great location friendly staff
Disliked: No ac

The hotel is Very central

Liked: Everything was very clean. The hotel was a short walk from Metro and central Montreal. Plenty of nice cafes in vicinity for breakfast.
Disliked: The steep stairs to 3rd floor but we are both in our 70's!!

Excellent location, great deal for...

Liked: Great location, next to the Berri - Uqam subway. The staff is very helpful and since there is no elevator, they helped me go up and down with my luggage. I was also able to leave my luggage until the end of the day, after checking out, for a super low fee of $10.

Liked: Really nice people. Very affordable in a great location. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The sheets could’ve been cleaner, I found a couple of stains. They won’t change out your towels unless specifically asked, which is ok but something to note.

Liked: Clean and the staff was very nice
Disliked: It doesn’t have an elevator, and also a minor detail, while everything was clean, I found used underwear from a previous guest

Felt like a hostel.

Liked: Clean with friendly staff.
Disliked: No AC, not staff at night. Rooms are not sound proof. Our neighbour was singing loudly at 3AM. I knocked on his door but he didn’t stop. I had to call the hotel staff who eventually came to quiet him. Ruined the trip. Felt like a hostel.

Meh!

Liked: Ideal location. Just a couple minutes from the metro.
Disliked: The room was ridiculously small and the shower cubicle was even worse. On top of that, sound isolation is terrible. There are much better options in that price range.
