Very good

Won't stay again.

Liked: There was breakfast. Staff was helpful and doing their best.
Disliked: The sofa bed was not clean. The was a shirt stuck in the sofa bed. I'm not sure the bedding or the sofa bed itself was ever cleaned. There were stains. One night had a massive police presence, 6+ cop cars. They all came back in the morning. The rooms were definitely sprayed to mask odors.

Liked: the location, since this was one of the only hotel next to the place (walking distance) I needed to go before the subway open.
Disliked: The hotel smells cigarettes.It is cold (not sure they turn the heat on before handing you the keys of the room in the winter)This is not a Breakfast, this is a bunch of snacks thrown on a tray and coffee, nothing else.

Liked: I really enjoyed the breakfast the next morning, it was quiet and the food was better than chain hotels I had been to. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: We did find odd hairs on the floor in our room? But other than that the room was clean and tidy.
