Liked: The staffs at the front desk was really helpful and polite. The bed was confortable but the pillows were tired.
Disliked: The lift need maintenance it’s shaking and scary. The room is simple old and tired. Even tough it was very clean.

Liked: Great transport links, we got a room upgrade so that we had a kitchenette which saved us a lot of money, not having to eat out. Room was clean, and cleaners came while we were out to sort the room out.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Excellent location, Quiet, Great staffs

Liked: I had a large suite, very clean and quiet. good quality bed. Small kitchen with Some Kitchenette, oven, stove, fridge. Filter Coffee machine with coffee exceed my expectation.Location Was great, in heart of Downtown , 20 minutes walk to old town.Staff was excellent, they give me the room in morning, around 9 . Also they assisted me to find Places and plans I had.
Disliked: Breakfast, If You like american breakfast It was very good. Otherwise better to pass, small packed Jam, honey, cheese, limited pastries( just two) . From Second Morning I made filter Coffee in room and bought some items in my fridge to eat in my Suite.
