Great property to see Nantes.
Liked: Great location to walk to the old town and to the Machines des Iles. Easy access to parking garage. Very nice breakfast with plenty of options.

We felt we got good...
Disliked: Plugs were a bit low for eldery people. Shower basin was a bit slippery

Liked: Quiet location, convenient for tramway system. Lovely bed. Generous continental breakfast.

Comfy, good value, excellent location.
Liked: excellent location, friendly staff (I believe I always met the owner)
Disliked: I think I smell an odor from the toilet if I didnt close the door (separate from bathroom).

Superb
Liked: The breakfast was very delicious and affordable. The beds were extrememly comfortable. Very Clean and Quiet. The staff were fabulous. The location is excellent with bars and restaurants within 2-5 minute walk. Tram is 3 minute walk away.
Disliked: There is no elevator/lift - so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues. Was not a problem for us at all.
