The hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely courteous and tended to all of our needs. Frances has to have the best customer service I have seen in a while. I would deffinently recommend this place to friends and family. The only thing that could have been better was parking. The lot only fits about 10 spaces and then you are on your own to find your own parking spot on the streets or pay for a parking garage. All in all, my experience with Hotel Le Blue was fabulous!
Liked: The hotel was amazing.
Disliked: Parking was the only negative.

Liked: Hotel was 4 blocks from the MTA Stations for the F, G, and R lines. Subways could reach the heart of Manhattan fairly quickly. Room decor was modern and comfortable. Room had a nice view of Manhattan over the East River.
Disliked: Hotel did not have staff to clean rooms every day. You can ask for daily room cleaning. However, I did not receive it when I did ask. I did not receive coffee supplies and clean cups when I asked. I had to dispose of my own trash one day. Full price hotel rates deserves daily housekeeping services. In addition, there are not many eateries in the area. Coffee and bagels were a four blocks away.

Good location. Terrible Customer Service
Liked: great location. modern decor. has a balcony. spacious. it has a parking lot which is pretty rare to find in nyc. the security guy at NIGHT is really polite.
Disliked: This was our 2nd time stay at this hotel & let me tell you this time around it was totally different. Which is very disappointing because we enjoyed our stay the first time in September 2020. The women at the front desk were rude & didn?t really know much. The sheets were dirty they had BLOOD stains all over them. I?m not sure how the housekeepers missed that. We didn?t notice the first night because we got in extremely late. The next afternoon as we were leaving we asked if our room could be cleaned & if the sheets could be changed because they were dirty, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude & told us since it was after 3 ( it was 3:12) that we would have to change the sheets ourselves. Lucky we brought our pack n play for our 6 month old baby so he was fine & was able to play & sleep in that. Also there are no ice machines on the floors you actually have to go ask the front desk & they give you a small amount of ice very inconvenient, I?ve never seen a hotel that does this & that doesn?t have ice machines on their floors. We come to NYC very often & this is definitely our last time staying here.

Liked: Direct Tv. Satellite great choice loved it and the wifi was sufficient overall luxury of the room was two thumbs up
Disliked: The only complaint I had was the bed was creaky it sounded like a spring was going to break and very loud also the same problem with the chair in the room. Also no freezer but having ice made up for it Other then that everything was great
