Hotel Le Bleu

The hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely courteous and tended to all of our needs. Frances has to have the best customer service I have seen in a while. I would deffinently recommend this place to friends and family. The only thing that could have been better was parking. The lot only fits about 10 spaces and then you are on your own to find your own parking spot on the streets or pay for a parking garage. All in all, my experience with Hotel Le Blue was fabulous!

Liked: The hotel was amazing.
Disliked: Parking was the only negative.

Liked: The room was adorable - all white, beautiful glass shower, ingenious use of space.

Disliked: Not well maintained. The bathroom door, probably a glass door, was replaced by a piece of wood and the curtain was broken. Too much noise coming from adjacent rooms.

Staff with a bad attitude...

Liked: Anything I wasn’t able to stay because the hotel le Bleu doesn’t let you know you have to be 21 to check in a room they don’t had any sympathy with me and left me on the streets without been able to do another registration wile booking couldn’t do another registration at another hotel because of my information and I think I prefer them having my info than sleeping in the streets

Liked: Beautiful rooms. Spacious especially compared to most New York hotels. Love the decor. And the (first come/first serve) parking is a great plus. Beds are comfortable. Do not hear other people in their rooms. Close to metro as well. Very little staff but always very helpful :)
Disliked: Just had one small problem where the toilet started running but there was no one onsite to fix it. Had to get a good nights sleep :/However, I’ve stayed here about 4x and this has been the only issue I’ve ever had.

Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable, the price for what you get is not as expected, and there was no amenities at all. Small pillows, no windows for air and the balcony was basically a ledge. Shower was difficult as you have to turn it on and off to get hot water where yiu want it and the floor was very slippery.

Privacy breach by Hotel and...

Liked: The hotel made a grave mistake. While I was at dinner they have my room keys to two guests checking in and deactivating my room keys. when we returned to the room, we couldn't get in a f thought it's an easy fix. As we turned away from the room towards the elevator, TWO men were coming out of OUR ROOM. The hotel gave them our room, with all of our belongings in it!!
