The hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely courteous and tended to all of our needs. Frances has to have the best customer service I have seen in a while. I would deffinently recommend this place to friends and family. The only thing that could have been better was parking. The lot only fits about 10 spaces and then you are on your own to find your own parking spot on the streets or pay for a parking garage. All in all, my experience with Hotel Le Blue was fabulous!

Disliked: Parking was the only negative.

Not the best for the...

Liked: The location
Disliked: The rooftop was closed during my stay.Online when booking it says theres a hot tub/pool there is not.The parking system was not explained to me currently. I couldn't drive anywhere but they charged me 80$Room was pretty small, no couch.

Liked: Location
Disliked: This hotel looked like something out of the Eastern Block. The blue pillows and blanket that used were gross. The sliding door to the bathroom was basically painted plywood. The shades in the room were covered in dust. The front desk staff in the morning was very rude. I asked for an extra towel and she told me to find a cleaning person on my floor to ask her instead of having someone just bring one up. Totally disappointed with my stay and will never be staying there again.

Liked: The housekeeper lady was very nice
Disliked: The bed had a hole in the middle, which was very uncomfortable I didn't get the room that I requested. Which was the city view all I got was the U-Haul view I was not happy and it was my birthday. My back was killing me on the bed not good at all. And the parking lot was first-come and first-served bad and bad
