Great balcony with view

Liked: Fairly good location. Helpful staff. Parking in front of hotel. Comfortable bed. Nice large balcony with view of the ocean (we took a family room)
Disliked: Biarritz in summer is expensive so probably value for money is okay but seemed a little overpriced for an Ibis. Room is a little simple with not much to it. It says the room is 47m (or something like that) but I am not sure if the balcony is included in that computation as the room did not feel that big. Overall the room was nice enough and depending on whether is overpriced against alternatives I would recommend.

Liked: Friendly staff especially reception area. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable as per Ibis norms.
Disliked: No mini-fridge in room. Please try to add.

Lovely seaside hotel with large...

Liked: Its location with a fabulous view of the sea. The room was lovely and big and it was such a treat to have a terrace with a view of the sea. Breakfast was nice with lovely views of the sea. It was handy to be able to park outside
Disliked: The toiletries. There was only soap in the bathroom. No shampoo, conditioner or body lotion.

Really enjoyed our stay in...

Liked: The location of the hotel was great, near to both the beaches and town. The staff were excellent. Really helpful and friendly,especially the restaurant staff. The hotel was very clean and the food was lovely.
Disliked: The only comment I would make (which is not the hotels fault) is that the sat nav address we were provided with when booking took us to a completely wrong location! Nothing to complain about the hotel at all.
