Liked: The location is excellent, with easy access to the central station and popular tourist spots. The hotel offers nice features like a terrace with a city view, an elevator, and luggage storage.
Disliked: The location is good, but there were several issues during my stay. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, and it wasn’t mentioned upfront. The receptionist didn’t speak English, making communication difficult. Early check-in wasn’t available, and we had to wait 30 minutes due to a high volume of guests. Also, there weren’t enough towels or a hair dryer in the room. Overall, more attention is needed to service and amenities.

Disliked: The wifi service was not available for the entire time. I was informed this was a known issue the hotel would be unable to resolve after I’d checked in and used the wifi code shown to me on a sheet with the details of my stay.
