A little gem!

Liked: The customer service in this hotel is outstanding as every staff member is polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but larger than most in this category in Paris, and well designed to make best use of the space. The bathrooms appear to have been recently renovated with a high end finish, and good quality hand and shower gel provided. The location is great, slightly off the tourist track, but very well-connected to all areas of Paris, and much of the country via Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz.
Disliked: The only thing that could improve the hotel is the provision of fridges in the rooms.

Liked: Location convenient, metro station around the corner from the Hotel, all staff was extremely friendly and polite , beds very comfortable and clean
Disliked: Bathrooms a bit small

Disliked: Door to the room did not lock or shut properly from inside, therefore safety issue.

Superb

Liked: We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The hospitality was warm and welcoming. I had asked if they could decorate the room for my wife as a surprise for our honeymoon, and they did so beautifully (for a small additional fee). It made our experience even more special. The hotel is also conveniently located close to a metro station with easy access to the city center. Highly recommended!

Disappointing

Disliked: 1. Room is too small and not so clean like curtain. 2. Parking garage is very difficult to find for a new traveler there without a guide from Hotel.3. Breakfast not so various of food

Exceptional

Liked: Very nice hotel with lovely staff. They were so helpful for everything. I especially found the luggage service very convenient, with the system that they give you a number for your luggage and you can pick it up with the number. It’s also nice that they have someone at the reception 24/7. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Also convenient location being next to the metro station.

Great place for a short...

Liked: Great location right by the metro so easy access to Paris. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Local cafe n restaurants were excellent. Beds were super comfy
Disliked: Room was extremely small. Hand wash wasn’t topped up. Limited tea n coffee in room asked to be topped up but brought early grey n mint tea my fault for not being specific
