Liked: The bed was comfortable. the location exceptional, the staff lovely.
Disliked: My room was way overpriced for the location within the hotel. I paid over $200 per night, for a room next to a noisy work area, no natural light whatsover, and bad indoor lighting. This room should not cost more than $75 per night.Apart from the noise and the atrocious lighting, there should be a full-length or least a half-length mirror in the room. This would help those of us that are staying for special events to prepare better.

Disliked: We have stayed in other states this would have to be the worst.Bathroom too smallBath was a waste of spaceHand basin was a jokeNo full length mirror ANYWHERE Horrible position of room, was loud/noisy near the car park and cleaners quarters what a joke.Travelled from Melb 1st time in Launceston and VERY disappointed, we had a better time at friends hotels and BnB.Not worth the money we paid and to also charge us for a $3.70 for additional breakfast coffee was a JOKE.Would NEVER recommend to anyone.

Liked: Very little but the location across from City Park was lovely
Disliked: Was refused a cocktail on our first night because the staff had to serve those in booths over us in the bar area?????The bed is so close to the wall on one side it's a gymnastic feat to get inBreakfast first day...no fruit, no pastries, no knives, no water in the coffee machine, no bread. "Chef" was rude. The excuse was that they had 2 big groups staying. Do you not plan for these things??? I felt sorry for the young man trying to manage this catastrophe. He kept his coolAt one point the lift broke downSmallest sink ever in the bathroom. Nearly took an eye out trying to clean my teethShower over bathBasically you need more staff, better preparation and a whole new attitude

Absolute terrible service and experience

Liked: Not much only the location was good
Disliked: Lack of service was so bad. Room 1/2 made 1 day and next day not made up at all. Breakfast day 1 no bread fruit or pastries. Told sorry we had big groups through !!! Place had empty dishes all over the place Really you know they are coming so pathetic excuse. Then next day no cups, glasses and food barely cooked Have travelled all over the world at different levels but this is the worst experience by far.
