Good

Liked: Lovely room with everything you could want. Gym was small but was to ourselves so was good! Great location with east Uber to MadCool festival and Madrid. Very kind helpful staff.
Disliked: Our room card occasionally didn’t work so have to go back down to reception for another, same with the gym one. The gym could have been more air conditioned also.We were really looking forward to using the spa facilities but these were closed all week for maintenance.

Disliked: The first staff member we met was not nice at all she should do some course of treating public and reception manners - all other staff members we engaged with were really nice its a pity one staff member spoils it
