Great location (close to trams)...

Liked: The rooms were quiet (we were on the 4th floor) and had adequate space (had a twin room). All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: My bed wasn't very comfortable

Lovely

Liked: I had a wonderful stay here! I really enjoyed the balcony - it was a lovely spot to relax. The mattress was absolutely exceptional. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the tram station, so it’s very easy to get to the city center or to the major museums. The room was very quiet, which made it easy to rest at any time of day. The breakfast was great for us – it might be a bit simple for some, but we found it more than satisfying. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, a great experience!
Disliked: Our stay had some downsides, unfortunately. The TV remote only worked if you pressed the buttons very hard, which was quite frustrating. The shower drain couldn’t keep up with the water flow when it was set to maximum or even near maximum, so we had to be careful not to flood the bathroom. The balcony door didn’t close completely – there was a visible gap in the frame. Luckily, it was quiet outside, so it didn’t bother us too much. Also, there was no ashtray on the balcony. Maybe we should have asked at the reception, but we improvised in the good old-fashioned way. :) Overall, these things didn’t ruin our stay, but they definitely could be improved.We enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely return here when we visit Amsterdam again.

Clean hotel, decent location

Liked: It was clean and fresh. The evening male clerk was very polite, friendly and helpful. Nice balcony. Appreciated the elevator.Closet space was clean and plentiful. Loved the AC for our hot spell.
Disliked: The pillows were hard and limited. Not enough towels because the shower was messy. Missed facial cloths and conditioner.

Would highly recommend.

Liked: Was a great location, 10 min walk to the tram that gets you into central Amsterdam.Staff were so helpful, and helped in every way they could, room had a little balcony which overlooked some backyard’s which was so peaceful listening to family life.
Disliked: Nothing

Highly recommended hotel!

Liked: Everything! All that I ask of a good hotel: a good location, a spacious room, a very good bed, a spotless bathroom. And then, all the extras: an extremely friendly staff, a very good breakfast, and a private sunny balcony. Who can ask for more?
Disliked: Nothing

Convenient, clean & surprisingly bright...

Liked: Conveniently located for evening event in De Hallen. Clean & tidy, functional, comfortable, friendly service. Clearly run with pride and intention to deliver a positive experience with good value for money.
Disliked: Nothing. Someone who likes arts might miss a “decorative touch” to the room, but to me, especially for a short business stay, it was perfectly fine.

Liked: Spacious & comfortable room with terrace and view on the gardens, clean & modern bathroom, comfortable bed and good desk with WiFi to get work done before leaving to the conference. Nice & complete breakfast with friendly staff. I can only recommend this hotel.
Disliked: It is a 30 mins walk from the Central Station so slightly outside the city center.
