Disliked: Charged for breakfast that I didn’t ask nor attended. Promised to reimburse upon checkout, then refused.

Cyclists say yes!

Liked: Bicycles securely put in basement.Friendly and helpful staff.Comfortable bed.Great location for a tourist and very close to bike route.
Disliked: Nothing

Charming, Cute, but with Challenges

Liked: Charming, cute, clean, well-run hotel with kind cheerful staff.
Disliked: I had a comfort double and it was cute but really too small. Nowhere to put a suitcase, much less two. Feet hanging off the end of the otherwise comfy bed. Shortage of outlets, and neither could the double-paned windows defeat the noise from Chez Paul around the corner nor could the blackout drapes arrest the light from the streetlight mounted on the exterior wall of the hotel. There was always a tradeoff between noise/light and fresh air. One had to choose. It’s not bad but because of these structural challenges I’ll probably look elsewhere next time I’m in Rennes.

Liked: Central location, helpful staff and comfy room ("double privilege"), all made our stay as pleasant as could be. Great price-quality-location ratio!

Great stay

Liked: Great staff. Nice breakfast. Great location. Chez Paul restaurant a few meters away was superb.
Disliked: Top room in attic was very tight for headroom.
