Nice location and nice decor...

Liked: Love the apartments for groups to stay together
Disliked: The bed sofa was not very comfortable and I ended up with a lot of back and neck pain

Liked: Perfect location, great breakfast, very nice staff. Bedroom nicely decorated.
Disliked: I booked a comfort double but was v disappointed with the size of the room, it was tiny! Rm203. It was not what I would class as comfortable. The bathroom was also tiny - I couldn’t even face having a shower in such a tiny space! I was travelling for business and only stayed one night, but would be unhappy to stay in a room like that for leisure for more than one night. This tiny room should perhaps be sold at a lower price.

Perfect spot for a stay...

Liked: We opted for the room without a window which was fine for one night. Hotel is lovely, staff were very accommodating with allowing us to leave our bags before check in and after check out.

Liked: I thought the staff was exceptional! Very kind and friendly and helpful! I couldn’t ask for better service.The breakfast was fine and had meats and cheeses and some fruit and all of the usual breakfast items.
Disliked: I’m not usually that picky about smells because I have lived overseas a long time and I have traveled everywhere but the BO… (Body odor) in the elevator was atrocious when I arrived… When I left the next day, the smell was gone. But that smell lingered into my room and I needed to open the windows and ask for a spray to get that BO out of the room. I also noticed cigarette smoke… And it was stale and gross… In the hallways.The most important thing that was a big problem was the shower. The door sealed shut when I took a shower and between the steam and the water, it was like a suction cup that I could not open. There was a piece of plastic that was attached to this white thin piece attached to the door. Theoretically, you were supposed to pull on that thin, white piece or the plastic tie piece, but I could not open the door. I did panic and almost screamed for help. I had to take my teeth to pry it open. If there was an emergency, who knows what could’ve happened. Not safe! It needs to be fixed!

Liked: Everything basically! Loved the boutique hotel style the interiors and location very close to the buzzing city centre attractions bars and restaurant, the lady at the desk was very polite and helpful giving us lots of info about the city centre
Disliked: Nothing in particular

Disliked: Bathrooms smelt mouldy and tiny shower towels very thin
