Liked: I booked due to it being close by icon park and SeaWorld.
Disliked: I did not like that the elevators did not work, I was on the 14th floor. Check in was long process. The phone in the room didn’t work. I especially did not like that there were not any towels and wash clothes in the room. And trying to get them was a nightmare. There’s no sense of urgency with the front desk. The restaurant does not take cash. The pull out bed was not a bed, it’s more like a drawer with a pallet inside. And even getting sheets and pillows for that was a nightmare.

Probably will not stay here...

Liked: the bed was comfortable
Disliked: They upcharge you for everything to where the price of the room doubles, charged me $35 to park my own car in an empty parking space no where near my room, charged another $35 to check in one hour early even though room was ready, pool area was nice but good luck getting a towel bins were always empty. They had a total of four elevators, only two were working so constantly waiting for elevator, ice machine on 12th floor where my room was did not work. Drinks and food also over priced compared to other hotels I frequent.

Liked: I like the hotels structural appearance. Looked very professional.
Disliked: I paid for skyline view king room, got there at 5:45pm room was still not ready. They gave me a basic king room didn’t change the price. When I got to hotel room, microwave just laying there by the side of our door. The refrigerator wasn’t working big block of ice covering the back of the air flow. But they did replace it once I reported shortly after, aside from the only 2 elevators working, long wait time in between because the hotel has many floors.
