Disliked: We didn’t get to stay due to flooding from the above floor in hotel and no A/C. So they gave us the option to cancel but they took 3 weeks to give me a refund

Liked: Very clean, and smells wonderful upon entering. Friendly staff, and Luis provided great customer service when checking us in. We received a complimentary upgrade on our room and the upgrade was amazing with a great view of the park/city. The hotel location is within good distance of Universal, many good places, and everything else. Overall 10/10!

Not worth the money

Disliked: Had to move because it was dirty. A/C was NOISY and didn’t work well. AND they charge $35 a day for parking! Ridiculous!
