Liked: Very clean room and super comfortable bed!

Good location for a good...

Liked: A 15-20 minute walk to the La Defense arena and the train. Lots of parking available.
Disliked: Walls were a little thin and could hear other guests coming and going.

Liked: The room was clean, friendly persona, breakfast could be fresher, but the Buffet was good. It was a comfortable stay cause we went to the Arena and it was only 15 Minutes away from the hotel and that was our highlight. There is a really nice park near the hotel. The Bahn was also not so far and also there are restaurant and Markets nearby.
Disliked: We could not have breakfast in the terrace cause it was not clean.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was so clean and the cleaning staff were exceptional, changed the sheets and cleaned the room everyday without us even asking. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The area is fine, near a metro where you can go into paris city centre
Disliked: Nothing

Be Carful, The property is...

Liked: The property is not safe at all. There were a lot of damage and I was afraid the building will be collapsed (check the pictures below).

For Paris reasonable prices. If...

Liked: Private parking space. Better than on the streets in Greater Paris. Clean Rooms. Good location for our work. I wouldn’t stay here for a private trip.
Disliked: Typical French hotel. Small bar in the reception. Bright light everywhere even in the rooms.
