Liked: Right across from the train station and a short 10 minute walk from town. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Towels were like sandpaper, limited toiletries (bar of soap, packet of shampoo), no lift. They did bring our suitcases up the two flights of stairs

Decent stay

Liked: It was just across the street from the train station and walking distance to the cathedral, palace, canal and main plaza. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. They helped me with my suitcase and with disposal of some clothing I no longer needed.
Disliked: The walls were thin enough to hear everything going on inside and outside the hotel. Someone right above me was making a tremendous racket until about 9:30pm, then finally stopped and it was quiet the rest of the night until trash collection at 6:40. There is construction blocking the walkway so you have to step into traffic to walk to the corner or get to the station. There should have been provision for business access.
