We would stay there again.

Liked: Breakfast was generally good, and a pleasant surrounding.Location is great for the town centre & has a car park included.The room wasn't very big but good enough and the shower was good.We received bar tokens in return for not having the room cleaned each day of our 4 night stay, so we could have a "free" drink for each night.
Disliked: Some of the staff at breakfast were not very attentive or efficient, and we had to prompt them to get service (eg. coffee at breakfast). They seemed inexperienced at the hotel. It was the same sometimes at other times of day to get bar drink service at a table.

Liked: Very nice hotel - good location in the centre of Weilburg, nice view from the balcony, very good breakfast and the price was decent.

Totally acceptable but may be...

Liked: On the river, location is good. Has a spa but didn’t use. Breakfast very good.
Disliked: Staff seemed thin on the ground. Garage parking very cramped.

Pleasant

Liked: Location is great, central located and very quite.Free parking place. Very professional and kind blonde woman on reception desk.
Disliked: Although, there are really good things I can say about the hotel, after being in 100+ hotels in Germany my opinion is that this hotel doesn't really meet 4*. I 've posted two photos from my room and the question is: So a 4* hotel should really look like this) ?Plus, beds are not really comfortable, matraces are probably outdated, but this is my personal opinion.
