Totally acceptable but may be...

Liked: On the river, location is good. Has a spa but didn’t use. Breakfast very good.
Disliked: Staff seemed thin on the ground. Garage parking very cramped.

Pleasant

Liked: Location is great, central located and very quite.Free parking place. Very professional and kind blonde woman on reception desk.
Disliked: Although, there are really good things I can say about the hotel, after being in 100+ hotels in Germany my opinion is that this hotel doesn't really meet 4*. I 've posted two photos from my room and the question is: So a 4* hotel should really look like this) ?Plus, beds are not really comfortable, matraces are probably outdated, but this is my personal opinion.

Lovely one night stay

Liked: Staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and practical (very close to the "center"), the pool/sauna small but nice. The breakfast was also good and with a lot of choice. I would come back again!

Steps into the storybook town...

Liked: Great location on the river and walking distance to the historic downtown. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Shower was tiny, shower head holder was broken and the water holes full of caulk and dirty. Fitness room was the temperature of a sauna and only piece of equipment was broken. The hotel has potential.
