Superb

Very comfortable stay in Bordeaux

Liked: This property is located a short 5 minute walk to the tram so getting around the city was easy despite being outside of the main tourist area.The room was comfy and the Hotel was stylish and always clean. The staff were super friendly and personable and always helpful, willing to go out of their way to help us out. Breakfast was good and the Bar area was super comfortable and inviting. Thanks for a great stay.

Very nice hotel - terrible...

Liked: The hotel is really stylish and nice and staff was VERY helpful.
Disliked: We parked our car at the parking garage next to the hotel only to find out that our car (and several others) were robbed the first night. They broke our window and took one luggage from the trunk. All of that in a supposedly secure closed parking lot. Although the staff was very helpful but unfortunately there is no alternative parking around the area. So if you are traveling by car, our recommendation would be to avoid the area.

A fabulous hotel with super...

Liked: This was a funky hotel with a great history. The location is a close walk from the train station and nearby trams to get you around the city. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Just loved our stay and would love to come back.
Disliked: Was a bit disappointed with the fitness room so walked lots exploring the city instead!

Liked: Friendly staff, lovely stylish hotel, good bar and restaurant with excellent food. Handy underground parking if you are travelling by car. Bikes to rent and close to the city centre and river.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great location as in near to the market and near to payable parking. The bar tender was fantastic and made us great Margaritas.
Disliked: The room felt baron and I wasn’t keen on the bathroom that lacked privacy. It was noisy with heavy traffic outside of the room and you could hear music coming from locals. The hotel is in a rough area of the city too. The spa is literally a jacuzzi, sauna & steam room, nothing impressive and glad I didn’t pay to use it otherwise I would have been disappointed.
