Lovely place to stay

Liked: It was a lovely place to stay, naturally it’s right next to a tourist attraction so it was busy but it quieted down around 9pm.
Disliked: My room had clearly been freshly painted and the smell was intense but not a long term issue

Very good

Liked: The location is amazing , right next to Manneken Pis, you can walk to every major tourist destination
Disliked: The stairs were really steep, the building is a bit old

Value for money comes at...

Liked: The location in central Brussels
Disliked: No air conditioning and very busy outside until 4AM. Also the outside lamp shone directly into our bed. The staircase is extremely narrow and difficult to manoeuvre a suitcase up/down.

The hotel is in great...

Liked: Great location. Staff is quite friendly and helpful.
Disliked: One of the beds missing a wheel and it is not stable when you sit on it. The shower needs to replace a new shower head.

It was a beautiful stay!

Liked: I loved that it was central and well located … that it was clean and it had a lot of room for 1 person
Disliked: Everything was great but the pillows were a bit flat

Exceptional location for travellers

Liked: The location couldn’t have been better. Literally steps from mannekin pis (viewable from the window, in fact) and only a short walk to everywhere else. The perfect spot to base yourself when exploring the city. Rooms were clean with a big window looking out onto the street. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Visitors should keep in mind that there is no lift or airconditioning. Fan is provided (and window provides fresh air) but can be noisy if keeping it open for sleeping, as it’s in a popular tourist area. Staircase is also very narrow, if bringing a big suitcase. Room is also quite small, but no problem if you’re just sleeping there and exploring during the day.

Liked: the location
Disliked: no lift and i have poor hips so next stay i requested 1st floorit was hot that day and there is no airco, room could do with a bigger fan
