Liked: Quite place, very central
Disliked: No personal and no we lost an hour for the check I as no-one was there to take care of us. We had to walk to another hotel to ask for help which was very inconvenient and we had to pay a supplement even for this bad service. . We had informed they that we would come between 11 and 12 and they confirmed that it was no problem at all and never mentioned any additional costs. Very disappointing...

Liked: Location is perfect, all facilities and public transport stops are nearby. Coffee, tea is always available at reception.
Disliked: Permanent stains on the carpet. Windows has no handles,so cannot open the windows for fresh air. The shower and toilet is only separated from the bedroom with a glassdoor, toilet is facing towards the bed, makes it awkward to use it while company is in the bedroom.
