Ok but I will not...

Liked: The room itself was fine, the bed was comfortable. The toiletries were nice.
Disliked: The whole hotel was very noisy as it is exposed and right on a very busy road. You can hear the buses and trams all day and night. If you are going to have a communal tea station in the lobby it should be well stocked with plenty of tea options and snacks. This had a very minimum tea box and most were missing. Also there was no milk or snacks. Very disappointing and I dont understand why you cant just put tea/coffee facilities in each room.The fridge in room did not work at all. It was hot and my fruit grew mould in one day and i couldnt eat the yogurt as it was warm. I asked for it to be fixed and i was ignored. It is a tiny bar fridge. The safe was difficult to programme.

Modern styled, comfortable, great location...

Liked: Good location plus tram and bus stops directly opposite hotel, comfortable room and bed (superior room), helpful staff, small but nice lobby lounge area with free tea/coffee facilities, modern styled furnishings and fittings.
Disliked: Water temp in shower a bit sporadic.

Comfiest beds ever, coffee and...

Liked: The designs were very quirky and the location was very convenient. The staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful. We loved the fact that there was an area with free tea and coffee, I thought this was a lovely idea. Beds were really comfortable!
Disliked: The check in time was quite late considering that we had arrived very early in the morning. The lady on the desk was nice enough to let us in at 1:30pm but we had to walk around the city from 9am until then whilst we waited. There was no mirror at the dressing table so it was a little awkward to get ready for two women.
