Very good
Liked: Staff were 10/10! Really lovely & helpful. Rooms were a good size. Great location near the beach.
Disliked: The room was hot, could do with A/C & is pretty noisy too being so near the beach with all the bars but that's what we expected!

Bright room in great location
Liked: The room was lovely and spacious with huge windows that let in the morning sunshine. The location was great, just a few mins from cafes, restaurants and the beach.
Disliked: A kettle would have been nice, but otherwise it was all good.

Essential, but spatious - earplugs...
Liked: Clean, essential, spatious, staff very welcoming, position very convenient, value for money
Disliked: rooms are not insulated and could hear people snoaring and others knocking loudly during the night to stop the loud snoring

Lovely personnel
Liked: Very nice personnel. The room was clean, the cleaning personnel was very nice and helpful. Very good service at the reception, as well. Really good location.
Disliked: I was informed beforehand (by a message via booking.com) that the extra fee for a dog is 8 e/night, but I was charged 10 e/night. This I cannot accept. It is not the receptionist's fault, she just did what she was told to do, but I expect an explanation from the hotel management regarding this and possible actions from Booking.comThe walls of the rooms are paper thin. You can hear everything from the next room.

Nice place, but the services that I've experienced (lack of security in my room) was unpleasent
Liked: The place is close to the waterfront, hence the location is indeed one of the added value of the place.
Disliked: The main issue here is the quality/security of the services provided. In my case, after one day out of the hotel, I came back finding my room completely open with the keys inside. It is important to notice that I've left the keys at the reception in the morning before leaving, hence my room (and my belongings within the room) were completely under they responsibility of the hotel! After this event that is indeed shameful (again, I had a laptop in my room, and, lucky enough, it was still there!), no one try to compensate me with at least a potential explanation on how this thing could happened!
