Liked: The staff was very sweet, kind and attentive. They treat us like we arrive at home. The staff welcomed us with a basket of crossaint when we checked in.
Disliked: The room was very small, quite expected for a boutique hotel in Paris. It's tough if you travel with a checked bag or even a carry on with a bag. Our room was small for two people to manage storage space. The AC was quite weak but I expect this for EU country generally. Elevator is small and old style so not too suitable for big family with strollers or similarly

Disgusting hotel

Liked: Very good location, loads of nice restaurants around and close to metro.
Disliked: The hotel was filthy from the moment I walked in. The hallways and stairwells were visibly dirty and stained (see photos), with grime all over the carpets and walls. At one point, dirty towels and bedding were just left dumped in the corridor.Housekeeping was laughable. I used a spoon on the first night, and even though my room was supposedly cleaned every day, they didn’t replace it until three days later. That tells you all you need to know about how thoroughly they clean.The walls were so thin I could hear every word and every sound coming from the next room — no peace, no privacy. When I called the front desk to ask for drinking water, I was told to drink from the sink in the toilet. Absolutely appalling.The staff were generally unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. No care for customer experience whatsoever.This hotel is not what it looks like online. It’s dirty, poorly maintained, and completely lacking in basic hospitality standards. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Great location and Paris boutique...

Liked: The location is great, close to metro.
Disliked: Clean but slightly shabby. Curtains hanging off the windows, broken exhaust fan hanging down from the ceiling in the bathroom, need better lighting in the room.

Liked: The location is great!
Disliked: Honestly it was dirty and for the price… There were cob webs on the ceiling and food crumbs on the floor from previous guests.Honestly for the price you would expect it to be cleaner. Also the shower floor looked so dirty.

Friendly Staff, But Noisy Stay

Liked: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant. Their helpful attitude stood out and was much appreciated.
Disliked: The room was average, but the biggest issue was the noise and vibrations from trains passing underneath the building—the room would shake slightly each time, which made it hard to relax. Also, the door was difficult to open and would slam shut very loudly if not held carefully.
