Liked: In the month of April of this year 2025 we stayed in Hotel La Mansion Del Sol in the city of Guadalajara Mexico. Miss Karina attended us very kindly, respectful and very professional, people like Miss Karina are very, very hard to find, she assisted and helped in everything we needed. We needed tours to get to know Guadalajara and its surroundings, she gladly took the necessary time to assist us and recommend the best tours that were available for the best price. she didn't put any pressure on us she recommended the best, we wholeheartedly thank her, people like KARINA are very, very hard to find in these days she always put the customer first, and for that reason employees like Kirina are the main reason that people keep on coming back and that Hotel La Mansion Del Sol keeps on moving forward and progressing. First God we will return next year not only my wife and I but my whole family. P.S. Miss Karina made us feel like a King and a Queen we hope that recognition is taken into this matter Thank you very much and keep up the Excellent work Juan and Patricia Perez

Liked: Staff was very friendly and carried our heavy suitcase upstairs, and down. Food was tasty. The hotel is beautiful - especially the outdoors garden!
