All in all, they haven’t...

Disliked: We booked a package with breakfast included, but there’s no buffet—just a $25 credit per person, which doesn’t cover much. A reasonable breakfast for two came to $150 !!!Also, only one 500ml water bottle per person is complimentary, which feels stingy for the price point. The nightly rate is comparable to 5-star hotels in places like Dubai Marina, but the value doesn’t match.For the rate, I was hoping a room with ocean view but we’ve been hosted at second level with trees in front of the balcony.Elevators not working so no room service including water or any other requests. One could go to the front desk and help themselves though! They’re very understaffed, for a 10 stories hotel, they seem to have a handful of people. Front desk does the room service as well and manages the building too!The least of our concern, their 80 degrees swimming pools is only 3 feet depth so good luck even walking around in it.

Rehabilitating for me.

Liked: I liked the room, the furniture, the bathroom, and the television operation. I also thought the staff was friendly and authentic.
Disliked: I didn't like that I was surprised with a mandatory $30 voucher for breakfast that was not advertised. The breakfast was good though, so maybe it was okay.

Relaxing place to stay.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful, from front desk to restaurant. Convenient to grab gas or coffee at Starbucks right next door. Free bikes to borrow. 10 minute walk to beach.
Disliked: One elevator out of service due to renovation.

Disappointing

Liked: The view from the balcony.
Disliked: Few staff members were knowledgeable but some gave wrong information.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff/s were friendly and responded quickly when I need help.
Disliked: Everything was good, except for the air cond fan, a bit noisy.
