The rooms were a good...

Liked: Location and cleanliness of the place surprised me, it was much better than I was expecting
Disliked: Air conditioning didn’t work and the staff didn’t/couldn’t really do much about it. Only one iron and ironing board in the whole place so was very inconvenient, given we were there for a wedding

Liked: Staffs are very polite and attentive.
Disliked: I couldn’t have asked for more

Liked: We stayed to attend our son's wedding with few other guest and the hotel staff was great and helpful in many ways .
Disliked: the Check out experience got a bit complicated not sure the reason, but they took 45 minutes to check us out which was very unusual the receptionist was a bit nervous and felt not confidence with what she was doing

Liked: Very convenient to the Autostrada as well as the inner city of Mantova. Very nice hotel & staff. Free parking. Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed!
Disliked: It was very hot weather so we appreciated the air conditioning, but the room was actually too cold and we weren’t able to raise the temperature above 20C.
