Disliked: Housekeeping did not clean or replace any towels for the first two days of our stay.

Liked: A well located hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is clean and located in a wonderful position near the beach and park.

Liked: The staff were really kind and friendly. We loved our interactions with Jay & Kansas! The location is perfect walking distance to the beach and to the main street shopping area. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Liked: Desk staff top notch - as good as anywhereRooms - I booked two for myself and friends were functional and maintained.Hotel location works very well - very good access to beach and town facilities
Disliked: For the price, each of the rooms needed a table for sitting down and eating, conversing - this is needed when staying for almost a week. A must for a room with a kitchenette - my main disappointmentBetter advice I think from the hotel about main ways to get around Honolulu by buses and various options... hard to find that anywhere including on internet.Internet connections not working all the time - often got "unsafe" connection when using La Croix guest site, Litespeed more secure.Pool nice to have but not as large as your photos and promotions suggest.
