Very good

Liked: Small quiet boutique hotel, large comfy rooms.Good communication with English speaking front desk.Centrally located, easy walk to many restaurants, information centre & public transport.
Disliked: Would have preferred a refrigerator in room & lacked tea & coffee making facilities in room

Liked: The location was excellent, the staff were very welcoming and helpful
Disliked: It would have been nice to have had the possibility of tea or coffee in the room or available in reception . For the price we paid might expect this amenity

Acceptable

Liked: The location is great because it is very close to everything by walking. Many restaurants around. Even though, they are on a quiet and calm street, which was one of the reasons we chose it. The staff were helpful, when they were there.
Disliked: It isn’t a hotel in the real sense. Most of the times there wasn’t someone in the reception and we had to make a call if we needed anything. The room was on the second /last floor (no elevator). Due to that, it was very hot inside as the AC was struggling to ventilate. The room was small, but it is probably common for the city. The hotel felt a bit like an improvisation, rather a B&B.
