Fine hotel for a short...

Liked: Nice hotel, easy to reach and still within walking distance of downtown Metz.
Disliked: 18 euro for parking is stiffthe bathtub was too high to climb into

Disliked: bathroom is getting old. Broken tiles, bath was damaged, no thermostatic tap, worn towels.

A excellent hotel which fitted...

Liked: The staff we very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast,would definitely use this hotel again.

OK. Not outstanding vs 5...

Liked: Large room. Clean. Central.
Disliked: Parking fees €10 on booking.com €18 on sure € 20 charge for pet - not shown on site. Pushed this to the most expensive stay we had on route to Italy. Breakfast ended at 10 so we had to order room service before we left.

Liked: The room was very generous in size, generally clean, and with all the comforts you might need (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary water and juice in the fridge). We arrived quite late but we could still find parking in the private spaces right outside the hotel, the staff was absolutely lovely and arranged dinner in the room for us as the restaurant was fully booked. The dinner was brought readily to us and it was absolutely delicious. the hotel is located right in the centre of Metz so we could take a nice walk in the morning.
Disliked: Bear in mind the hotel is within an old renovated building so the windows are quite small and the room can feel a bit dark.
