Rustic, centrally located option for...

Liked: The staff was kind, especially the cleaning/breakfast lady. The common areas are cute and bohemian. It's located in the city center, within walking distance of the metro, the beautiful parque Alcalde, and La Plaza de Armas. Our stay included a simple but quite decent breakfast. The balcony views are nice. It's not our scene, but the hotel offers cheap drinks and decent bar food.
Disliked: The rooms and amenities were very rustic and could use updates and remodels. The area is loud at night, so bring your earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Beautiful, peaceful avenida. Funky decoration,...

Liked: There was an 80's disco party on the rooftop from 8 pm to 1 am that was really loud and very disruptive to sleeping. Room was pleasant enough. Good shower with hot water. Good views from rooftop.
Disliked: There's no elevator. Four flights of stairs with 30kg suitcase is a little like climbing Chichen Itza

It was awful there

Liked: This is a horrible hotel , I do not want to talk about it ,it was awful Very noisy , horrible room , mediocre breakfast , nice location
Disliked: Everything , but the noise was absurd

Great location, and very friendly...

Liked: The staff and the rooftop
Disliked: The room with balcony I booked was not available because of a drainage problem in the bathroom. They promised a refund of the price difference, and I have not received even a notification about this refund and there's nowhere I can check online.

with acception of nightly loud...

Liked: location
Disliked: We under estimated the warning that the rooftop “sky-bar” plays loud music from 6pm to midnight… It was very, very unusually loud! We were warned and agreed to stay two nights, however, will not return. Be warned!

Terrible night sleep

Disliked: Sky bar music went on till almost 2am. Even with ear plugs kept up by vibrations

Good

Liked: The attention of the staff and the rest on the top of the building. It has a great view
Disliked: The music noise. It is hard to sleep. I think the owner should work this out, maybe material on walls to block the noise.
