Liked: Very nice area, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable.
Disliked: AC sometimes didn’t work properly. No balcony as advertised.

Liked: Super clean, very good value for money especially during design week. Excellent location right by buses, trams, and a metro station. In a safe and calm neighbourhood.
Disliked: Had the room in the lobby right by the reception counter so I could hear when people were there. And since I was on the ground floor the room could get a bit noisy with the windows open. But it wasn't that much of an issue to be honest.
