OK for a one night...
Liked: The location was excellent, being on the town's main square. The breakfast was fruit, juice and coffee. If you wanted more, you had to pay for it. The cooked breakfast I had was fine.
Disliked: The hotel is old and run down, with the room being very small and the bathroom even smaller. It was fairly noisy.

Liked: Great location, great staff, clean rooms.

Liked: The location is everything. The potential is huge.
Disliked: The sheets were ripped on two of the three days and we had to ask for new ones. We were supposed to have a breakfast but the coffee was undrinkable, the juice was from a package and the fruit salad was old.

Rooms were tiny with no amenities, some rooms face an indoor atrium where very loud musicians and pan handlers play, Parking is odd and takes a lot of time, the "free" breakfast consisted of 4 small pieces of fruit, and there was no air conditioning. This was not a 3 star hotel, maybe a 2.
