Liked: Good location, good reception, near to the train station and more safe.Provide coffee in the room.
Disliked: The room not quiet, you could hear the noise from your neighbor and elevator.Bathroom floor drain is clogged and water goes to the floor

What you would expect

Liked: Clean and small rooms. What you would expect for the price in a big city. Good location to the train stations and the canal nearby. Some very nice local restaurants and bars. Staff were very friendly.

Fab stay near Canal Saint...

Liked: Centrally located near Canal Saint Martin, we loved the area and the shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean and we liked the decor.
Disliked: We stayed in a ground floor room which was a bit noisy at night. Our previous stay we were on the 4th floor which was better.

We really enjoyed our stay....

Liked: Loved the location in Canal Saint Martin - it felt really authentic to Paris and was close to cool shops, restaurants and bars. Very comfy bed in a compact bedroom; 24 hour reception was convenient and we loved the close access to the metro from Jacques Bonsergent.
Disliked: The shower leaked onto the floor a bit in the bathroom.

Liked: Location is great. Room tiny but clean.
Disliked: Last two days stoped working air conditioning and no one told us or give us any apology. It was 36 degrees so it was quite unpleasant. After i discovered they gave us a fan.
