Hotel Kyriad and Spa Reims centre

Very good.

Liked: Very friendly staff with good English. Nice room, good views over a very typical French street. Close to the centre for the Cathedral and bus ride to the Basilica.
Disliked: The shower spigot needed attention.

Great location for a visit...

Disliked: Bit tired but nowhere near as bad as many others have commented.

Disliked: Small room. creaky lift. Poor selection at breakfast

Liked: The location was great and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The room was very dated, dark and needed a refurbishment. The communal facilities were ok, but the lift was out of order, which made things difficult

Liked: Great place for visiting Rheims. Easy car parking. Very helpful staff. Comfortable room with good street views.
Disliked: The shower head spigot was broken.

Looks far more attractive than...

Liked: We experienced a heatwave in the region and the hotel had no air conditioning and simple fan on a stand. The breakfast was very nice but it wasn’t enough to make up for the sweaty night. Oh and the pool is only accessible through the spa for a fee!!!
Disliked: The absence of air conditioning and the fact that we had to paid an astronomical amount of money to access the minuscule pool advertised on their profile.
