Disappointing hotel. Would not have...

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Didn’t feel like a real hotel. No real reception, slightly run down. No breakfast option. There is no way that this is a real 4-star hotel.

Absolutely stunning

Liked: The entire suite was absolutely stunning from the sunken yub to the lit up king bed to the newly renovated bathrooms
Disliked: Maybe my only minor critique is that there is no lift

Lovely welcoming stay. Delishes restaurant....

Liked: We loved the quiet room in a convienent location. The staff was exceptional and the Valet service was easy and worth the $
Disliked: The room had sliding doors to a balcony but no view from windows. Very little common space beyond the room. Perfect for one person, a little tight with two.

Liked: Location was perfect. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate. Family owned and you could feel that in how hospitable the entire staff was. We will definitely be back!

Great location and friendly, helpful...

Liked: Great location and friendly, helpful staff. There are a lot of cafes nearby, it's near Mont Royal and there is a metro station nearby.
Disliked: Everything was good, though I did have to go up several flights of stairs to get to my room. (not an issue for me)
