Liked: Location, everything is within walking distance. Great for cyclists who are using the ferry as it has secured cycle parking in the courtyard.
Disliked: The upstairs room bed frame was broken but as we arrived late and only stayed one night left it.

Superb

Liked: Location from the ferry and everything you need is within walking distance including the railway station. Staff friendly and very helpful giving us a ground floor room due to disability. Outside courtyard is a bonus for morning coffee and smokers.
Disliked: This is an older hotel with character and a social hostel style. If you want total privacy and high end fittings and fixtures this is not the place for you.
