Great hosts great location in...

Liked: Loved the location in a fun part of Vienna walking distance to everything. Had an elevator so we didn’t have to lug the bags up! Extremely clean and the hosts were incredibly helpful!! Plenty of cafes and restaurants all around.
Disliked: There was a team stop outside the window which is quite loud if you have the window open.

Great hotel for a short...

Liked: Great location (in walking distance to city centre and all main tourist attractions), easy check-in/out procedure, very friendly host, spacious and cozy room with comfortable bed.

Nice hotel, lovely area.

Liked: A lovely large room, the largest by far on our trip. A nice quiet hotel with lovely original features. Some sweets as a welcome was a nice touch. The bathroom though was tired looking and needs a makeover. It was clean and a good shower (over bath) but an odd plastic trolley to put things on that came apart when you moved it. Location was great, the airport bus stop is two minutes away, as is a tram stop. We walked to old town, about 15 mins and to Belvedere Palace, which was about 45 minutes, but we stopped for breakfast part way. We used buses and trains to get to Shonbrunn Palace, got off the train at Naschmarket on the way back, then walked back from there, about 20 mins.. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink around the hotel, not overly touristy. Order one schnitzel between two, they are huge and I can eat! Everyone getting doggie bags. Supermarkets close by to pick up drinks and breakfast, which we did one day.
Disliked: The tried and dated bathroom.

Liked: The host Christina is so friendly and welcoming. She shared a lot of information,history, and recommendations with us. The Staff are just incredible! Would definitely comeback!

A charming hotel in a...

Liked: A charming and comfy hotel in a wonderful location in Vienna. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit while we were there.
Disliked: The hotel is close to a tram line which can be a little noisy but honestly, we didn’t find it too bad at all.

Exceptional

Liked: This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff were super friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The room was stylish, cozy, clean, and really comfortable.The bathroom was spacious and well-designed.The neighborhood was great too, with lots of cool restaurants and cafés just around the corner. We also loved the free tea and coffee in the room.Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
Disliked: The double bed was actually made up of two single mattresses placed together..

Disliked: No access to control the air-conditioning in the room.
