Liked: We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner at their restaurant and the food was really good.

Liked: Clean, spacious, rooms. Apartment had 2 x double rooms separated by a hallway with shower room and kitchen.
Disliked: At the time of our visit the city had closed off the road in front of the hotel.

Disliked: Bit too warm at night.

Liked: Staff and breakfast were lovely.
Disliked: Access to the hotel was limited as the road it is on is under significant construction. There was no instruction or message from the hotel for alternate access. On another road there were two tiny signs with the hotel name attached to other street signs, but these were not directional. We found our way in by accident. Also the elevator went out and we were in the third floor and had to walk up and drag our luggage down.

Liked: The location was perfect for my needs. The room was neat and very clean. The breakfast was great. The staff was extremely friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: I know the heat wave sort of took everyone by surprise and not all places have air conditioning, but a small room fan would have helped take the edge off. And this is not meant as a negative towards my stay, I would still stay here again.

Liked: I absolutely loved the exceptional hospitality and the outstanding cleanliness of the hotel. Every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and the entire property was spotless, well-maintained, and cozy. It truly felt like a home away from home.
