Liked: The location of the hotel is great. The tramcar is right in front of the hotel and you have access to everywhere in the city by taking the tram. You can get 24 hour pass for a day and you can travel infinite number of times through the city by using the tram.
Disliked: Well, the list is big. See below1. The hotel in itself is small, very congested. The lift is very small and if you have 3 big luggage's, good luck in getting it into the higher floors2. The helpdesk doesn't speak English well, so there no so much of "help". Help yourself.3. Severely understaffed.4. The rooms are tiny. You can rarely breath in those rooms.5. The bathroom is small as well and the funny thing is that they don't have any separation to the toilet. When you take shower, make sure to put at least 5 blankets on the floor. That way it will prevent flooding the whole hotel6. The breakfast is below average. No much choice.7. I will only recommend this hotel if you don't find another good option. There is no value for money whatsoever.Front office managers response to my review is beyond ridiculous. I did review the right hotel. I still repeat that bathrooms are small and water flows everywhere when taking shower. It is ridiculous excuse that they had to take care of a big party of people so much so that other "guests" are not so important to be taken care of. We also paid money, not Mangoes. I still reiterate the point that the front office didnt speak good english and was not so much of a help. Overall this hotel is nit even qualified to be 1 star.

Liked: The hotel is right under a tram stop that connects it to the city centre in just 5min. Our room was amazing, we had a spacious and modern bathroom too. The AC was working perfectly and we were offered a bottle of water. Receptionist was helpful and kind!
Disliked: All comforts were found in the room, but a mini fridge would have been nice, considering summers are getting hotter.
